Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Production time for made-to-order items vary. The exact processing time for all items can be found on each product page. This does not include shipping time, which depends on a destination country.

All packages are sent with a tracking number. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your order.
    Custom duties for customers outside the EU
    Aricluv is based in Germany. Please note that customers outside the EU are fully responsible for payment of any extra customs or import taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If the package is returned to us since a customer refused to pay such fees, it leads to a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to a customer.

    We are not responsibile for any delays in delivery and parcels not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address can be resent only if they are received back and will incur an extra reshipping fee.

    2. RETURNS

    Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    How to return an order?
    Please submit a request for a return to to initiate the return. You will shortly receive details for return. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

    Important information on returns

    Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

     To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same brand new, unworn condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.

     Pack items securely in a hard box to prevent damaging while in the post.

     Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned.

     Your return and refund will be processed within 1-3 business days once your returned goods are well received.

    If there is a fault with the item once it’s received, or it was damaged in the post, please contact with pictures as soon as possible so that we could evaluate it and make it right.


    Once your return has been inspected and approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
